Oklahoma State's Washington wins Biletnikoff Award for top receiver

As most pundits expected, Oklahoma State star James Washington won the Fred Biletnikoff Award recognizing the nation’s top receiver Thursday.

Washington was once again one of the most exciting players in the country this season, averaging a whopping 20.6 yards per catch in his final collegiate campaign. He finished the season with 1,423 yards and 12 touchdowns as well as a rushing score for the Cowboys.

The 6-foot-1, 205-pounder claimed the honor over Colorado State‘s Michael Gallup and West Virginia‘s David Sills V.
