ESPN says goodbye to Herm Edwards with hilarious highlight reel

Herm Edwards is leaving ESPN, where he’s been since 2009, to take the head coaching job at Arizona State — where he’s already been surprised by the mascot and size of the uniforms.

In honor of his final day, the network put together a highlight reel, complete with some well wishes from Molly Qerim on First Take.

“I’ve been in this business for 10 years,” Qerim said, “and I don’t think there’s anybody I’ve been more impressed with. The one word that comes to mind is ‘consistent’. Never complaining, never whining, you show up, you’re on time, you’re energetic, you’re positive, you’re ready to go. You’re about faith, family and football and I cannot think of a better man to lead young men and help develop them.”
