Report: BYU's Mangum out at least 1 month with ankle injury

BYU quarterback Tanner Mangum will miss at least one month due to an ankle injury, according to the Salt Lake Tribune’s Jay Drew.

With Mangum sidelined, the Cougars are expected to start sophomore Beau Hoge against Wisconsin on Saturday.

Mangum seemed poised for a breakout season following Taysom Hill‘s graduation, but has struggled this season, passing for just 466 yards with two touchdowns and four interceptions in three games.

BYU is in danger of falling to 1-3 as the 10th-ranked Badgers invade LaVell Edwards Stadium.
