Ohio State quarterback J.T. Barrett, who led the No. 2 Buckeyes to an overtime victory at No. 10 Wisconsin on Saturday, jumped from fourth in last week’s survey to second. Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson dropped from second to third after the No. 3 Tigers needed a missed field goal and overtime to defeat unranked N.C. State at home.

Jake Browning, quarterback of No. 5 Washington, was off last week but dropped from third to fourth because of Barrett’s move.
